The Sustainability Report is not just a document: it’s the story of how we choose to work: with people, for our customers and the area we operate in.
2024 was a special year for Goretti. In 2024 Goretti joined the MinervaHub group, which introduced it to a network of 22 Italian companies that share our core values: craftsmanship, innovation and responsibility.
This is a major step that makes us stronger and enables us to look to the future with greater awareness, as we prepare to turn challenges into opportunities.
Figures that show our concrete commitment
2024 was marked by a complex economic landscape, yet Goretti showed that it was solid, resilient and strategically consistent.

- 133 people in our team, with an average age of 41
These figures clearly show where the company is headed: it seeks to continue to innovate, enhance its inhouse skills, guarantee quality and reliability to the brands that choose Goretti as their partner every day.

Environmental responsibility and transparency
Our figures are the result of specific choices.
We work tirelessly every day to support our clients – major fashion brands – through a supply process that is increasingly traceable, transparent and responsible, as we bear in mind that the future of creativity also depends on sustainability.

In 2024 too we remained consistent with our previous Reports, while also integrating the new European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Every activity was assessed through an approach that focused on risks and opportunities, in accordance with MinervaHub’s multi-annual ESG Masterplan: a shared action plan that enhances synergies and guides us towards our shared goals.




People and skills are at the core of our project
The hands of our experts are Goretti’s true asset. Expert hands that turn ideas into precious details for leather items, footwear and clothing.
Despite the uncertainties affecting our industry, the number of employees at Goretti has remained stable compared to the previous year. We invested in:
- 440 hours of training on advanced techniques and digital tools
- Company welfare plans focused on well-being, health and work-life balance
- School-work programs and internships, which brought new energy and perspectives into the company
We firmly believe in shared growth, in passing on knowledge and building a solid and inclusive work environment.
