It is not who we are that has changed – it is rather a matter of form, or better, one of style. With this expression, from this year on we decided to reshape – also from a formal point of view –  the way in which our business activity generates wealth and wellbeing, and we did so by including in our corporate statute the commitment to create beauty by generating positive social and environmental impacts.

Within this important framework of change, we have already carried out several activities for and with our local community, among which collaborations with artists such as Chiara Ameglio, who was in residency in our town Serra De Conti, or with social organizations such as Lapsus (based in Senigallia) and TiVittori, a cultural association almost entirely made up of local young people, as well as with sports activities such as the 6 ore de’ Conti running race. But our actions do not only point to the outside: last June we designed a project for Goretti’s human resources ecosystem and aimed at holding in a big embrace those who have chosen with passion and dedication to be part of our family.

Goretti has grown and continues to grow because its weft is made of varied, colorful, and fine threads, patiently woven to create unexpected and surprising patterns. Our Welfare Plan is the way we found to make this weft grow further, showering it with a new energy to which we gave a clear name: Wellbeing. We have translated this concept into an economic support that our collaborators can invest in taking care of their body, making use of services dedicated to families, broadening their interests and cultural horizons or enjoying a true relaxation with a trip or a spa break. A collective initiative that aims to restore a healthy and much-needed work-life balance.

That is why we are sharing this event with the public: to reaffirm that our goal has always been to design for our customers an ecosystem able to constantly create beauty.
