A new sensory journey begins
After exploring scents and sounds with SENSIFY, the new Fall/Winter 2026/27 collection shifts our focus to two senses that are deeply tied to matter and body experience: touch and taste.
TASTIFY is an invitation to slow down. To let yourself be guided by your skin and palate. To reconnect with the living substance of things.
The collection was presented as a preview at Lineapelle and marked the end of the fair year with a multi-sensory idea that has generated great interest and engagement.
Three forms of desire
We developed surfaces you can “taste with your fingers” and tastes you can “touch with your eyes.” A symphony of textures and aromatic notes that remind you of acts, emotions and memories.
Touch, our first instrument to explore the world, becomes a language.
Taste, which is built in your mind and shaped by experience, turns into imagination.
As these two senses meet, they shape TASTIFY: this collection is divided into three separate phases, three synaesthetic variations that can evoke just as many feelings.







ARTELIER
Aromatic Roughness
Rough, substantial textures enhanced with pungent and spiced notes. It’s the initial impact, the first bite.
It evokes the power of waiting, the work done by our hands as they shape raw materials. It’s when everything begins.

MABEL
Bitter Silkiness
Cold, smooth surfaces that feel like metal between your fingers. Tastes become bitter, salty, intense.
It’s the finishing phase: details take shape, technology guides your actions and enhances your precision. It’s elegance, depth and persistence.

GORETTI
Sweet and Sour Softness
Soft, enveloping materials come together with full, balanced tastes that combine sweetness and sourness.
It’s the end, and everything turns into a memory. Pleasure stretches out. Matter tells you what has been done with great care.
An experience to embrace with all your senses
To tell the story of TASTIFY, we created an experiential installation within the Lineapelle stand: three tactile boxesspaces combined with three chocolate tastes, each representing a “world” of the collection.
An engaging sensory path for visitors, customers and partners that left a strong and personal emotional mark.
This experience was successfully developed thanks to the contribution of two people we deeply admire:
Alberto Simionato, Maître Chocolatier and former director of the Chocolate Academy Center in Milan, who developed three unique tastes, designed to evoke the feelings of every phase of the collection;

Sauro Cesaretti, an expert in accessibility and Vice President of the Italian Union of Blind People in Ancona, who accompanied us throughout a deep reflection on the importance of sensory experience as a form of accessibility, exploration and inclusion.
