Goretti presents the first important novelty of the year

We are the first company to have a bridge machine, fully automated studding equipment with vision system.
It is an automated numeric control machines with three heads for clip stud application. Its universal heads make it possible to use studs of various sizes and shapes simply by changing the loaders.

The cutting-edge element in this machine is that the support onto which the stud is applied (leather, fabric, etc..), is checked in advance by a scanner inside the machine. As a consequence, the software is adjusted to each individual item.

This allows for the greatest precision in applications which need to follow a pattern or a contour which is seamed or processed in any way. Also if there are imperfections due to routine processing, the stud application  will follow the actual lines of the item being processed.
