Meet our two new young creative staff members

It was a warm and sunny day in July when Goretti opened the company doors to host the experimental Luxury Packaging workshop organized in partnership with l’altra fedora Festival. After these two days, the finished products were displayed on our premises: 11 luxury packaging prototypes.
Why are we telling you this again? Because for some of the participants, the experience at Goretti continues: meet selected by the company to continue their work with a paid internship: Caterina and Gianpiero.
They are already at work and we have interviewed them.
MEET CATERINA

What’s your motto in life? My motto is: “That’s life. Nothing is easy. Nothing is impossible.”
When did you start working with Goretti? I started working with Goretti at the beginning of October.
What was your first job in the company? The task I was given, with another young colleague, was to analyse and then implement the best way to sell a new product.
Who is your source of inspiration? A great source of inspiration for me is Rita Levi Montalcini. She was a woman who achieved the highest recognition thanks to her studies; she succeeded in asserting herself during a mainly male-oriented time. More in general, however, the inspiration for me are all those people who are well prepared and proactive.
Describe yourself in three words: empathic, curious, dedicated.
What’s your favourite work tool? My favourite work tools remain pen and paper. I am of course aware of the importance and convenience of new technologies, nevertheless whenever I need to jot down an idea or make a point in order to decide how to move on, writing it down is always the ideal solution for me.
What would you like to bring into the company? I would like to bring in my enthusiasm and willingness to do well in order to keep achieving new results.
What do you like doing when you are not working? When I’m not working I like pottering in the garden, relaxing by taking long walks with my dog Simba, going to the gym and reading.
What would you like to be when you grow up? When I grow up I would like to do a job that keeps me motivated, giving me a chance to test my ability to grow as a person and professionally.
