Let’s celebrate: let’s share! And we have a surprise for you: some travel tips to come and discover the wonders of our territory
Any occasion is a good opportunity to celebrate, when sharing is what drives the party!
At Goretti, we strongly believe in the positive impact that comes from coming together and celebrating in party events where
we have genuine fun, surrounded by the mutual care that lies in sharing. It is in those occasions that we weave together the threads which connect our people, the people who build and nourish our core identity.
July 28th was one of those occasions: on that day, we celebrated our traditional Summer company dinner, an event where we usually come together just before the holidays to say goodbye to each other and share meaningful steps and milestones of our activity.
That’s why we gathered all the people who contribute to our work, that’s to say employees from all the Goretti network companies, suppliers, external collaborators and people representing local institutions and associations: to them we addressed a presentation aimed to share the purpose and significance of the goals we reached and of the next ones we want to reach, but also of the investments we made and the projects we designed, as well as of our first Sustainability Report.
To us, sharing the meaning of our extraordinary results — and also sharing how proud we are to have reached them — is vital, since they are the outcome of a collective effort and we value giving everybody the opportunity to identify with our vision of responsibility and collectivity — which is, in the end, what motivates and joins us together.
All this may sound like a rather “traditional” event, but it isn’t: it was, instead, special, thanks to the equally special atmosphere that permeated it and turned a company dinner into a true party in Goretti style! The first special element was the location, Villa Honorata, a magnificent place full of history where every corner amazes visitors showing them the wonders of the landscape around Serra de’ Conti. Here we brought together our many guests, coming from different cities, diverse worlds and distinct fields: there, they met and mixed, while enjoying good, local food specialities cooked by talented chefs, and later listening to good music and joyfully dancing under the stars.
Goretti is happy to renew its support to the ‘Sei ore de’ Conti’ running race
The ‘Sei ore de’ Conti’ (‘Six hours ‘de Conti’) is a running race which, far from being a mere sport competition, has turned into a popular community event: every year, more and more participants from all over Italy come to Serra de’ Conti not only to take part in the race, while enjoying the extraordinary landscape in which the village is nestled, but also to join the cheering crowd of visitors and inhabitants and have fun among the food stalls, music events and surprising entertainment programmes which fill the streets of the village with life, dances and laughters.
Did these stories tickle your curiosity and do you now wish to take part – to actually run or just to enjoy the event – in the next edition of the ‘Sei ore de’ Conti’ running race? Or, maybe, are you considering treating yourself to a holiday in our beautiful area?
