MODELING: RESEARCH AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Goretti, who has always supported their customers in their search for creative and productive solutions, has further strengthened and expanded its customization and consulting capabilities, both technically and stylistically. Starting from the model shop, which elaborates designs to satisfy customer requests. All the people working in this department have a profound know-how in the field of fashion, allowing them to experiment and create innovative technical solutions to propose to the customer. The designs are done with CorelDraw graphics software, CAD-CAM ElitronCAD software in the case of footwear and Rhinoceros software for 3D modeling. The model shop plots the holes, the engravings or simply the distribution of rhinestones which will be the basis of our work and will be sent to the relevant machinery.

GORETTI AND SOULSHAPE: MILLENIAL OBJECTS COME BACK TO LIFE IN FASHION
One of the cornerstones of the Goretti philosophy has always been to put innovation at the service of tradition. These values have led to a collaboration with soulShape, an initiative that aims to protect the fragile heritage of indigenous peoples around the world. Thanks to Digital Heritage techniques we can start promoting the ancestral and millennial design of their everyday objects. How? By creating a digital library and usable 3D models of objects created and used daily by these indigenous peoples, acknowledging them financially through the payment of royalties. Goretti strongly believes in the soulShape initiative and supports a number of its research trips. Thanks to this partnership, Goretti can access part of the archives and draw inspiration for accessories, materials and collections. This is how we can save thousand-year old objects and give them new life and energy in contemporary design.
